City University Malaysia: Your gateway to a promising future with the educational path

About City University of Malaysia

The University of Malaysia is one of the most prestigious private universities in Malaysia, with its roots spanning to 1984 when it was known as Petaling Jaya Community College (PJCC), and was then specialized in the introduction of American certification programs and technical training.

In 1998, the college joined the Celia Educational Group, before its name was changed to the University College of Science and Technology. With the continuous academic development and expansion of educational programs, the college was officially awarded the title of “University” in 2016, after being approved by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), under the current name “City Malaysian University”.

The university has since achieved high recognition in the academic excellence ratings conducted by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education, and has received a “very good” rating in institutional performance and quality of education.
